Opening in London’s West End in 2016, on Broadway in 2018 and in Melbourne 2019 – and with more productions worldwide still to come (including San Francisco later this year) – the play has smashed records, collected countless rave reviews and awards, and captivated audienc Other than that, I adored everything about Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is one of the most celebrated stage productions of the past decade. Okay, it is safe to say that is my only complaint for this book. Those books dripped with excruciating details hence my disappointment with this somewhat for it not being the same.

As we already know the amount of details and description afforded to the original series was off the charts. Script format has this very significant flaw which is its lack of details. The script format was somewhat hard and slightly strange for me to read in the beginning. The only issue I had when I initially jumped into the book was the way it was written. I enjoyed every second and minutes of their adventure. Really? I mean, really really? We’re – trapped – lost – in time – probably permanently – and you’re worrying what your dad might think about it ? I will never understand the two of you.” – Scorpius “You know what annoys me most of all? Dad will think we did it deliberately” – Albus

Highly fascinating! Albus is a hot tempered, complicated, and reckless kind of boy meanwhile surprisingly a Malfoy, Scorpius is book smart, innocent, and kind hearted. It was quite stupendous to see the interact. Their personalities were dissimilar and yet they had this synergy between them. Well, of course it has to be Albus Severus Potter’s and Scorpius Malfoy’s friendship! They were like yin and yang. Now that I’ve mentioned my second favorite relationship within the book, you guys must be curious as to which relationship was my favorite. “Hermione Granger, I’m being bossed around by Hermione Granger. The interactions between the two were pure joy to read about. Without a doubt, their scene always made me grin from ear to ear. It was both fun and cute to say the least. Their relationship was ranked second for me personally as a favorite. Hermione’s and Draco’s relationship was extremely entertaining to read about. The main cast of characters, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Draco, were older and I absolutely loved them all very much. I got to see the beloved characters in a slightly different lens. It was just pure excitement because I was finally able to meet them again, the coolest and the most infamous gang ever, the Harry Potter Team. To be honest, I started reading this book without any expectations.
